Digital Resources, Inc. (DRI) collaborated with Irving Independent School District to upgrade their boardroom. This project allowed the district to continue with their goal of providing state-of-the-art facilities for board members, district personnel and the community.
Our team helped the district upgrade their system to the latest Zee Vee AV over IP technology. This technology allows them to seamlessly move video throughout the facility using an advanced system design of encoders and decoders via network switches. We rebuilt the boardroom using the latest generation Sony monitors, Panasonic PTZ cameras, Shure push-to-talk microphone voting system, Brightline broadcast lighting and all new master control room equipment including a Ross Video production switcher, AJA format converters, and a Crestron control system.
Our goal was to have all areas be able to interact together or work independently as well provide easy expandable for future needs. We designed the interactive conference rooms and the boardroom to have the ability to connect and support multiple displays with digital signage content. The district will also be able to hold independent virtual meetings and the master control will bring this content together for multiple transmission options to stream via YouTube, local cable and district stations.
We were honored to be chosen to work alongside Irving ISD to design and install this highly flexible and expandable system that truly meets their every need for today and into the future.
It’s always refreshing to see Digital Resources respond. We know a couple of things. We know that they have a high degree of quality, and we know they are committed, and what we also know is that they become a partner and not just a vendor”
