If you are a member of TIPS you may use the following steps to make purchases from Digital Resources:

Contact a Digital Resources Representative via telephone 817-481-9300. Once contact is made, identify yourself as a TIPS member to receive TIPS pricing
Create a purchase order (use your districts normal procedure).
Be sure to write or type in TIPS PURCHASE somewhere on the purchase order.
Email or fax the purchase order to Digital Resources at: orders@digitalresources.com or Fax # 817-488-0595
TIPS request members also email the PO to tipspo@tips-usa.com or FAX a copy of the PO to TIPS at 866-839-8472.
