Digital Resources acquires Clear Signal Inc., expanding capabilities for large venue audio design and integration.
Tulsa, Oklahoma August 17, 2005 - Digital Resources-AMI, a Tulsa, Oklahoma
based company, specializing in providing broadcast integration and media
solutions throughout the Midwest, has acquired Clear Signal Incorporated, an
audio engineering and design firm. Clear Signal Inc. has become known as one
of the Central United States leading integrators of audio systems for large-scale
venues. Clear Signal projects include everything from Houses of Worship and
Auditoriums, to Museums and Sports Venues.
With the Clear Signal acquisition, Digital Resources-AMI will also gain the design
expertise of Jim Newhouse. Jim is a audio specialist with 15 years of experience
in engineering and design of large-scale audio, video, and theatrical lighting
projects. Jim stated, “I’m excited about what the capabilities of the new combined
company will be able to offer our clients - the finest broadcast design now joining
the best in audio integration. This is simply a service that is not currently offered
by one company.”
